The advancements of dental technologies have bettered the dental experience for both the patient and dentist alike. Rigby Advanced Dental uses lasers to create the best-fitted filling possible. Dr. Rigby's laser treatments are safe, effective, and will have your smile looking like it was meant to be!

Dental Implant Placements & Restorations

Dental implants are used to replace missing teeth as a permanent solution for your smile. They have become one of the most popular ways to replace teeth because of their convenience and functionality. When Dr. Rigby installs a dental implant, you can count on it for years to come!

Porcelain & High-Strength Metal Crowns

Dental crowns are the cap or replacement teeth that are used in many different dental procedures. They are installed onto the dental implant, are used in dental bridges, or can be used alone to strengthen a cracked tooth. They will be crafted to match the shape and shade of your teeth so your smile will look completely natural.

Root Canal Therapy

Bee Cave Dental Care

If your tooth is infected deep inside the root, root canal therapy is used to keep the natural structure of your tooth and smile healthy. By drilling through the top of the infected tooth, specialized tools are used to remove the infected area. Once it is clear of infection, we'll fill your tooth back in and you'll be back to normal once it is healed. If possible, we want to keep as much of your natural teeth as possible, and root canal therapy allows us to do just that!

Fixed Bridges

If you opt out if a dental implant, or your gums aren't healthy enough, dental bridges are another great way to place missing teeth. By attaching your new crown to the teeth next to the gap, it forms a "bridge" over the missing space. Bridges will keep your other teeth in place and retain the healthy structure of your jaw.

Implant Supported Crowns & Dentures

Bee Cave Dental Implants

Dental implants can be used in a variety of ways. One of the more popular ways is to anchor dentures for a permanent solution. If dentures are ill-fitting, they can slip or fall out and create embarrassing situations. When dental implants are used to install the dentures, they will stay in place forever and you never need to worry about them falling out ever again!

Oral Surgery

Regardless of the reason for your oral surgery, Dr. Rigby has many years of advanced training and experience and knows how to make your treatment as comfortable and painless as possible. Have wisdom teeth that need extraction? No problem! We'll get you in and out in no time and remove those pesky wisdom teeth before they have a chance to damage your other teeth.
